Larry Pollans has chosen the figure as the stage for his formal explorations. Formed of clay and cast into plaster, resin or bronze, Pollans’ work is often intensely personal, speaking of his roles of father, husband, son, teacher. Pieces vary in size and scope from intimate wall pieces to larger than life.  The artist, a graduate of Boston University School of Art, teaches at Milton Academy.
